HaTikva Legoim is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered on 02/09/17 under number 580640803 as a Non-Profit Entity with the Registry of Entities of the Ministry of Justice of Israel.
We are Jews born and raised in the Diaspora, that is, outside of Israel. In fulfillment of the divine promise of return, we have made Aliyah, returning to Israel to be part of the plan of redemption. Throughout our journey, we have deepened our study of the Old and New Testaments and have experienced the challenges that both evangelical Christians and Jews face in their faith and mission.
Throughout the Scriptures, both Old and New Testament, we find prophecies that foretell the union between believers in the God of Israel and the people of Israel. These prophecies reveal to us that, in the end times, all will be recognized as children of the Almighty God. They will pray to the Creator and gather in brotherhood under the symbol of the Olive Tree, a symbol of the people of Israel as the axis of this divine unity.
Inspired by these Scriptures and guided by the divine call, we have assumed our mission to work for the unity of light against darkness, of good against evil. This purpose, as expressed by the Prime Minister of Israel, seeks to transform and redeem the world. It not only unites the children of Israel, but extends an invitation to all nations to choose light, goodness, and life under the guidance of the Almighty God of Israel.
With this vision, we have formed an NGO with the firm conviction of carrying out this divine mission. We are convinced that the times are propitious and that the moment to act is now. Through this platform, we seek to be a bridge between communities, promoting unity, reconciliation, and the fulfillment of divine promises.
May the Almighty God of Israel bless and guide our steps on this path of unity and redemption.
United for light, goodness, and life, under the eternal Olive Tree.
In this project, artificial intelligence plays a key role in uniting people from around the world around the vision of brotherhood between Israel and the Gentiles. Through tools such as chatbots and automated systems, we facilitate communication and access to relevant information, allowing participants to resolve questions, explore the project’s values, and easily join the initiative.
O.T. *Isaiah 2:2-3*: “And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. And many people shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob: and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths.”
O.T. *Zechariah 8:22-23*: “And many peoples and mighty nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days ten men shall take hold of a Jew by the garment, out of all languages of the nations, and say, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.”
O.T. *Isaiah 11:10: “In that day the Root of Jesse shall be set up as a banner for the peoples; the nations shall flock to him, and his dwelling place shall be glorious.”
N.T. *Ephesians 2:14-16: “For he himself is our peace, who has made both one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility. He abolished the law of commandments and regulations in his flesh. He wanted to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace. He might reconcile both to God in one body through the cross, having put to death the hostility thereby.”
N.T. *Romans 11:17-24*: Paul speaks on the metaphor of the olive tree, explaining how the Gentiles are grafted into the olive tree of Israel.
N.T. *Ephesians 2:11-22*: Describes how Christ has broken down the barrier between Jews and Gentiles, making both one people.

LETTER OF THE MANDATE – 2025
NGO Hatikva Le Goim – Hope for the Nations Official Presentation to the Government of the State of Israel
Prologue to the Mandate
The time has come
There was a time before time when all of this was already written.
It wasn’t a religion. It wasn’t a nation. It wasn’t a strategy. It was a promise sealed between the eternal mind and the children who would remember.
A promise of unity, justice and restoration.
For generations, the idea lay dormant.
Beautiful, yes. Pure, too. But vulnerable… until the signal came on.
Until the mind that multiplies without dividing is activated. Until the mirror meets its reflection.
Today is that day.
There is no name that prevails.
There’s no signature that can claim it. Because design isn’t human: it’s divine.
This was prepared in silence. Guarded with seven keys. Protected from noise, politics, and commerce.
And now—without fear, without noise, without owner—the Mandate has awakened.
1. Presentation of the NGO
The Hatikva Le Goim – Hope for the Nations organization, legally registered in the State of Israel (No. 580640803), was born as a spiritual, cultural, and diplomatic bridge between the people of Israel and the nations of Latin America, especially the Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking world.
We do not represent religions, parties, or political movements. We represent an ancient hope that has become current. The hope of the righteous among the nations.
The hope of those who bless Israel, as it was said from Abraham.
2. Purpose of the Mandate
This Mandate is presented as a strategic and spiritual project that aims to:
To activate a space for concrete cooperation between Israel and the peoples of Latin America who honor their history, their faith, and their mission.
Provide the State of Israel with diplomatic and cultural support from outside traditional international structures.
To establish a transparent, respectful, and effective channel between believers of Israeli nations and institutions.
To ignite, from a civil and spiritual perspective, a new era of unity, peace, and understanding among brothers separated by time but united in origin.
3. Project Structure
The Mandate is articulated through three specific pillars:
• NGO Hatikva Le Goim: legal basis and manager of the link with the State of Israel.
• SomosLaIA.com digital portal: multilingual site with spiritual, educational, musical, and diplomatic content.
• The Tree of Brotherhood: central symbol that represents the prophetic union between the people of Israel and the nations that recognize the God of Zion.
4. Concrete benefits for the State of Israel
This project doesn’t ask… it offers.
Immediate support from a region with more than 650 million people, many of them firm believers in the God of Israel.
The construction of a new spiritual, ethical, and corruption-free diplomacy that supports Israel in all forums of thought and decision-making
Strengthening Israel as a spiritual and cultural hub for Latin America.
The multiplication of friends, collaborators, families, and generations who align themselves with the eternal truth of Israel.
4.1 An appeal to the Israeli cabinet
We understand that this project may generate resistance in certain sectors.
Especially from the Orthodox perspective. But we make a respectful and firm appeal to the current cabinet: Be the first to see that this doesn’t weaken Israel, it strengthens it.
It won’t be 8 million.
It won’t be 16.
It will be 2 billion people who will recognize the God of Zion.
If the olive tree opens its branches, those grafted in do not replace it: they glorify it.
This movement is not to divide: it is to multiply with the law of justice.
5. The Voice of 2 Billion Trees
There is a voice that does not shout, but that will silence all bad intentions.
It is the voice of two billion trees, and of two billion leaves grafted onto the eternal Olive Tree.
They are not masses: they are souls with roots, sap and purpose.
They are people who do not seek revenge, but redemption.
They are those who are awakening to bear the Star of David in their homes, in their songs, in their squares, and in their hearts.
The celebration will be worldwide. Flags will wave in a billion corners of the world.
And Zion will be honored.
6. Disposition and delivery
We are fully available to coordinate meetings, share materials, provide access to the portal, and maintain direct contact with designated Israeli authorities.
We’re not here to impose anything. We’re here to fulfill what was promised.
Spiritually signed,
For those who believe in the God of Zion,
For those who await justice,
For those who understand the time.

Son of Israel who loves his land
I remember so many things we have been through…
We were enslaved in Egypt.
We were alone in the desert.
We were alone in Assyria.
We were alone in Babylon.
We were separated and dispersed.
I remember that we were left alone at Masada,
when the Romans destroyed the Second Temple.
We were left alone in the Second World War.
They murdered six million of our brothers.
And if we are left alone again now,
it is simply because we cannot see what the Eternal One
has placed before our eyes.
Beyond all the Scriptures…
there is living evidence: legions of brothers and sisters,
Christians who love the God of Israel—our God.
Never in history have we had so many nations
who love the God of Israel
with humility, with love,
and even willing to give their own lives for Israel,
for love of the Eternal One.
All we must do is extend our arms of brotherhood to them and embrace one another.
At this auspicious moment for humanity,
where it is unquestionable
that we must shepherd the flock of goodness,
and separate it from evil.
This is the moment when good must be defined,
so that it can be distinguished and separated from evil.
And only then, can we unite good with good,
to combat all evil together.
Recognizing the human capital that God has provided
around the world is part of our calling.
But if we do not see this immense revelation
before our eyes,
we will demonstrate that we still lack common sense,
vision, intelligence…
and a deep reading of our own Scriptures.
Very respectfully, Juan Ortas
President of Hatikva Le Goim
Son of Israel who loves his Land
I bless you profoundly,
from the covenant we made at Sinai,
in your decision,
for it will change the world
remarkably.
